Under caps

Undercaps are another of AGIT’s product lines in the field of industrial gaskets.

Rubber under-caps as well as plastic and polyethylene under-caps are among the items that are most frequently requested and which AGIT supplies with the utmost care and attention to the design and original specifications required. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) under-caps with reduced edge, used to close containers and pipes, to protect threaded parts and for other specific uses, they are available from AGIT on a large scale and in various sizes, starting from 2 mm up to 150 mm. Scientifically, polyethylene it is defined as a thermoplastic resin, known for its insulating properties, but it is also a very cheap material, versatile in its uses and used in the production of caps and under-caps, electrical insulators and much more.

The material with which AGIT undercaps are made is transparent low density polyethylene (LDPE), non-toxic and compliant with the RoHS Directive, but, on order and for large productions, AGIT can also supply undercaps in colored material.
